Pre-handover (T-7 days)
Every switch labelled. Every scene tested. Every camera angle reviewed. Every device named in the app. Every family member onboarded. Network closet labelled. Cable schematic delivered to architect and homeowner.
Day-of-handover
Walk-through with the homeowner, ideally with the interior designer present. Family-specific scene tuning. Warranty card sealed and delivered. Spare-parts inventory delivered. Emergency contact pinned on the network closet.
T+30 days
First scheduled check-in. App usage review. Any scenes that aren't being used — we re-tune or retire them. Any scenes the family asked for — we add them at no charge.
T+90 days, T+365 days
Quarterly remote health check. Annual on-site preventive maintenance for the first 5 years (included in our standard warranty). Firmware updates rolled out with notice, not silently.
