Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our returns process below instead.

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@geniex.in with your order number and reason for return.

Products that show signs of use, missing accessories/packaging, or custom-configured items are not eligible for return unless defective.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via PayU within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.

Consultation and installation service bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a nominal visit fee, communicated at the time of booking.
